Day-by-Day Program
Day 1 – Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your Arusha lodge. Meet your guides and attend a detailed safari and trekking briefing.
Day 2 – Tarangire National Park Safari
Drive to Tarangire for a full-day game drive. Observe large elephant herds, lions, and iconic baobab trees across the park.
Day 3 – Lake Manyara National Park
Explore Lake Manyara, home to tree-climbing lions and vibrant birdlife. Optional cultural village visit in the afternoon.
Day 4 – Serengeti National Park
Travel to Serengeti via Ngorongoro highlands. Enjoy a first afternoon game drive upon arrival in the iconic plains.
Day 5 – Serengeti Safari
Full day in Serengeti National Park. Track predators, witness massive wildebeest herds, and experience Africa’s most famous savannah landscapes.
Day 6 – Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for close-up encounters with dense wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo. Return to crater rim lodge.
Day 7 – Kilimanjaro Trek: Rainforest Zone
Transfer to Kilimanjaro trailhead. Begin trekking through rainforest zones with expert guidance, acclimatizing for the summit push.
Day 8 – Summit & Descent
Reach Uhuru Peak at sunrise, enjoy panoramic views, then descend to trailhead. Return to Arusha or airport for onward travel.
